2026-2027 tuition by division

The following rates apply to the 2026-2027 academic year and reflect the full cost of the academic program at each division level, including STEM instruction, outdoor learning, small-class mentorship, and individualized academic support.

Enrollment deposit and payment structure

The Barrett School Bee

New family enrollment deposit — $500 per student All new enrolling families are required to pay a $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit upon submission of their online school contract. This deposit is in addition to annual tuition and secures your child's seat in their grade-level cohort. It is applied toward the first tuition payment.

Returning family re-enrollment deposit — $300 per student Families re-enrolling a student for the following academic year pay a reduced deposit of $300 per student, also non-refundable and applied toward annual tuition.

Ten-month payment plan Annual tuition is payable across ten monthly instalments from August 1, 2026 through May 1, 2027. Payments are due by the 5th of each month. A late charge applies to payments received after the 5th. Payments made by credit card incur a convenience fee of 3.12%. Payments by check or bank transfer avoid this fee.
